|Recommended: YesFirst Apartment- Nailed it — I’m a young adult and I’ve lived in a few apartments with roommates. This was my first apartment I got to live in on my own. I think I picked a great starter home Perfectly nestled in Lowell which is perfect distance from Fayetteville and Bentonville. Children are free to roam play and so it makes it feel that much safer. Occasionally tenants will sit in their cars and blare music during the day, NOT during quiet hours, but as someone who works nights- it can be frustrating. But ultimately, I love the layout of the apartments, I love the cost of rent, I love the diligence of property staff and the maintenance team. No complaints Made finding my first home so much more comfortable.
